FAQ for Partner Organizations

No. Sanjog provides its platform, dedicated partner admin tools, and volunteer onboarding support to verified non-profit Sikh organizations and Gurdwaras completely free of charge as a community service (seva).

You can submit an application form on our Partner Organization Page or directly within the Sanjog mobile app. Our team will verify your organization's credentials and issue your admin portal login.

Approved partner representatives receive access to a web and mobile Partner Admin Dashboard to view member profiles linked to their institution, recommend verified matches to Sangat members, and track local applications.

Unlike physical paper registers that can be misplaced or copied, digital profiles on Sanjog are encrypted. Only authorized institution admins can review member submissions, protecting confidentiality and user dignity.

An authorized trustee, Gurdwara committee member, or executive lead of a registered Sikh non-profit institution can sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to officially partner with Sanjog.
